6. Pricing & Payments

Prices are subject to change until an Order has been confirmed.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Shipping charges are not included.
• Import duties and taxes are not included.
• Destination charges are not included.

Payments must be made using the payment methods approved by One JDM.

Orders will be processed only after payment has been received and verified.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping schedules and transit times are estimates only.

One JDM is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping lines;
• Port congestion;
• Customs authorities;
• Government regulations;
• Weather conditions; or

Customers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and destination charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Used Vehicles & Inspection

Unless otherwise stated, all Vehicles sold by One JDM are used vehicles.

Customers acknowledge that used vehicles may exhibit normal wear and tear consistent with their age and mileage.

Auction sheets, inspection reports, and vehicle grades are provided for reference where available. These documents may be prepared by independent third parties, and One JDM does not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.

Customers are encouraged to request additional information before confirming a purchase.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring the Vehicle can be legally imported into their country.
• Providing accurate personal and shipping information.
• Complying with all applicable import laws and regulations.
• Reviewing vehicle information before purchase.

10. Intellectual Property
